Paul B. Daiker, Esq. was admitted to practice in the state of Ohio in 1993. Paul is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court of Colorado. Paul received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee in 1990 and received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1993, where he made Dean's List and was a member of the Cleveland State Law Review. A former prosecuting attorney, Paul has logged thousands of hours in the court room. Paul is an experienced negotiator, breaking through often difficult and complex issues to resolve his clients' cases. Mr. Daiker handles many of the firm's civil rights cases, divorce cases and juvenile cases, as well as criminal and DUI defense. Paul has been a presenter at various seminars for fellow attorneys including DUI/OVI seminars, traffic law seminars, ethics seminars, and various how-to seminars for trying a case. Paul has been a member of the William K Thomas Inn of Court for the last three years and is also a member of the Ohio, Cleveland and Akron Bar Associations. Paul has been named an Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of lawyers forty years or younger, or those who have practiced ten years or less. Paul was named a Rising Star in 2005, 2006 and now again in 2007.
