Brian A. Murray is a second year associate at Zukerman, Daiker & Lear, Co., L.P.A. He is a 2005 graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he served as a research assistant to Evidence Professor Paul C. Giannelli. Brian’s practice areas include criminal defense and civil litigation. Brian has also coauthored two articles that have been published by the Cleveland Bar Association and Federal Bar Association: 1) Crawford and the Rebirth of the Confrontation Clause; and 2) Crawford’s Death by FN9.
