Our Beginnings

Larry W. Zukerman, Esq., founder and managing partner, of Zukerman, Daiker & Lear Co., L.P.A. began his own law firm, Zukerman & Associates, in the fall of 1993. Paul B. Daiker, Esq., current Partner, joined him as a law clerk at that time. In November, 1993, upon passing the Ohio Bar Examination, Paul B. Daiker, Esq., became an Associate with the firm. S. Michael Lear, Esq., joined the law firm as an Associate in 1995. In 1996, Paul B. Daiker, Esq., became a Partner in the firm and the entity Zukerman & Daiker Co., L.P.A. was formed. In 1997, S. Michael Lear also became a Partner. Today the law firm of Zukerman, Daiker & Lear Co., L.P.A. is comprised of the three partners, as well as three Associates: Brian A. Murray, Esq., Shaun Franklin, Esq. and Michael T. Winschel, Esq.
